Key metrics are based on unique recipients. Each recipient is counted only once.

Sent |
Number of recipients to whom SMS was sent. |

Delivered |
The number of SMS messages that were
successfully delivered to recipients. Note that some countries do not support Delivery Receipts (DLR’s). This might affect the Delivered key metric. |

Failed |
The number of messages that failed to be delivered. The failure rate is a percentage of failed messages out of the total amount of sent messages. Failure could be due to various reasons. The reason for the failure is shown in the list report. Note that some countries do not support Delivery Receipts (DLR’s). This might affect the Failed key metric. |

Unknown |
The number of messages that were not delivered, and no reason could be determined. The unknown rate is a percentage of unknown messages out of the total amount of sent messages (Unknown = sent - delivered - failed). |
