Sharing Analytics

You may wish to share the analytics of a single touchpoint or the analytics dashboard of the entire campaign with people outside the scope of Circle. For example, with the campaign’s marketing manager, or with your own manager. Now, your customers no longer need to be Circle users in order to view analytics of a campaign. You can provide your customer a direct link to analytics of a single touchpoint or of the Analyze dashboard by placing the link in any correspondence or third-party dashboard, to make it easily accessible by others. You can share the link with/without the ability of the viewer to download reports.

 

Sharing the link to analytics is done in Circle by clicking the link icon, copying the link, pasting and sending it in an email, SMS or other media. Next, when your customer clicks the link, it opens the analytics in a browser window (desktop or mobile), independent of Circle. This means that the customer will not need to sign into Circle or be familiar with the Circle interface in order to view analytics.

The customer will be able to further share analytics by simply forwarding the link received from you to others.

This link will be valid for one year only.

Note that each touchpoint has a unique URL to its analytics. Therefore, if the campaign includes multiple touchpoints, you can copy the URLs and paste them in a single correspondence. Alternatively, you can share the campaign dashboard to make it easy for your customers to access analytics of all relevant touchpoints.
