Working with project parameters

Project parameters are project-specific variables that can also be used in Parameterized Scheduling.

The Project Start Date & Time value indicates when this project was set to Live. This parameter can be used in touchpoint scheduling and it represents the earliest opportunity that a touchpoint can be triggered.

The value is set on going Live only if the Project Start Date & Time has no value. To clear the value, click the Clear value link. A typical scenario in which the value should be cleared is after completing your tests with sample data and before going Live with the real Recipient List.

The Project Time Zone value is set once in the Project Parameters page and used in all touchpoint scheduling.

You can add up to 20 custom dates and times, which can be renamed for easy reference and used in Parameterized Scheduling.

The project parameters values can be updated in a Campaign on Demand project in uStore.
