Existing XES Customer FAQ

The XES Email Service store has been improved to help you better manage your XES subscription, e.g. change plan, purchase credit, define email credit volume.

     Starting July 1, 2020 the new XES store will be available 24/7.

     The store will be accessed directly from Circle, with no need for additional sign-on.

     With the new pricing, the store now offers flexible plans giving you the freedom to select the precise amount of monthly emails to suit your business and to change it every month.

     Payment automation reduces the demand on your human resources. Your monthly commitment is charged at the beginning of the billing cycle, overage is charged at the end of the cycle, email notification and invoices are provided – all automatically.

     Remaining credits expire on renewal, so every month you start fresh making planning and tracking much easier.

     A FREE plan is available which includes 1,000 free emails every month with no commitment.

     There is no need to make any changes to your XES delivery provider, nor your campaigns or projects.

How do I transition to the new store?

1.     Continue buying additional credit in the old store until your existing plan is due to expire.

2.     When your existing plan is due to expire, renew your plan in the new store which is accessed from the Circle dashboard. (Contact support or esjoin@XMPie.com if you don’t have your credentials.)

3.     Close your overage directly with our finance department offline (for the last time).
