Defining the Email Footer Settings

Use the settings described below when defining the email footer for emails using the new XES. This has to be done both in uProduce and Circle.

In uProduce

Define the physical address and the unsubscribe web address in the account

1.     Enter the Edit Account window.

2.     In the Email Settings section, go to Physical address.

3.     Select Custom, and enter values in all fields below.

Note that existing accounts that are defined with the Use Delivery Provider defaults will not be supported by the new XES and should be changed to Custom.

4.     Go to the Unsubscribe Web address section, and select Use the generic Unsubscribe page or Custom.

Note that existing accounts that are defined with the Use defaults of delivery provider will not be supported by the new XES and should be changed to any of the other options.

Define the unsubscribe web address in the campaign

1.     Enter the Edit Campaign window.

2.     Go to the Unsubscribe Web address section, and select Use Account's settings, Use the generic Unsubscribe page or Custom.

Note that existing campaigns that are defined with the Use defaults of delivery provider will not be supported by the new XES and should be changed to any of the other options.

In Circle

Define the physical address and the unsubscribe web address in the account

1.     Open the relevant project and click the Connect button.

2.     Click the edit icon of the uProduce Account option.

3.     In the Edit Account window > Email Settings section, go to Physical address.

4.     Select Custom, and enter values in all fields below.

 Note that accounts that are defined with the Use Delivery Provider defaults will not be supported by the new XES and should be changed to Custom.

5.     Go to the Unsubscribe Web address section, and select Use the generic Unsubscribe page or Custom.
