Managing the Production Balance

Note: This operation can be performed by the admin user only.

The PersonalEffect Enterprise Edition keeps track of production units, and works on a per-usage basis. The production balance feature allows the administrator user to see the status of the remaining production units for the customer.

Production units are charged when you produce web on-demand pages or designs for print. No charges are made when you proof the document instances before the actual processing.

To view the status of your production units:

• Click the Balance button on the navigation bar.

  The production history and remaining balance of units is displayed.
