Production of the entire cross-media campaign - sending of emails, website management and print production (dynamic PDF document) - is carried out in Circle.
Once Circle successfully completes the production of the dynamic document (print touchpoint), the touchpoint needs to be printed and delivered. At this point the touchpoint lands in uStore in the relevant print queue:
· "Ready for Prepress" (if prepress was defined for it) or
· "Ready for Delivery" (if delivery was defined but not prepress)
From this point onward, all processes related to the print touchpoint are managed in uStore, together with all other print documents of the queue.
Delivery/prepress definitions of the print touchpoint were done during the XM Campaign product creation.
In the Orders List page, the print touchpoint type is P.
Run: If the print touchpoint is in the "Ready for prepress" queue, running it will take from Circle the last document processed for this touchpoint and execute the selected workflow.
Resubmit: If the print touchpoint is in the queue in which it landed ("Ready for Prepress" or "Ready for Delivery"), this option will not be available.
However, if the touchpoint is in any of the other queues (not the one in which it landed), resubmitting it will return it to the initial queue in which it landed.
Reproducing an XM Campaign print touchpoint is possible only in Circle.
Archive: If the campaign has been terminated (the Terminate action was chosen in the Campaigns in Progress queue), it moves to the Archive queue. If you wish to terminate a campaign which includes print touchpoints that have already moved into one of uStore’s print queues, the campaign will be terminated and moved to the Completed queue, however these print order items will have to be archived manually.
