Creating Recipient Lists Online

Customers can be given the option to create a recipient list online, during their purchase process, using a recipient list editor. Each of the recipient lists created online can be accessed and reused at a later time.

Note: This option is not available for static and upload products.

To enable creation of recipient lists online:

  1. In the Product Setup page, click Recipients Setup.

    The Recipients Setup page is displayed.

  2. Select the Create your Recipient Listonline checkbox.

  3. In the Display Name field, you can change the default text of this label.

Storefront

  1. In the Recipients page of the store, select the Create your Recipient List online option, and then enter a name for your list in the List Name field.

    The recipient list editor opens, displaying no recipients.

  2. Click Add New to open the Add New Records window, and enter details of the recipient.

  3. Repeat for all recipients.

All recipient lists which have been created online are saved in the Recipient List Manager (My Accounts tab > Recipient Lists), together with previously uploaded lists.
