Viewing the last run

The Last Run section of the Production dialog box displays the details of the last production task: Test, Process or Send.

The icon indicates the touchpoint production status:

 Indicates that the touchpoint was successfully processed.

Indicates that the touchpoint was processed successfully, albeit with warnings.         

 Indicates that the touchpoint was not processed because there were zero recipients.

 Indicates that the touchpoint:

• Completed but includes errors

• Timed out

• Failed

• Aborted

Clicking the More icon  opens the Run Center where previous and current runs are listed. In the Run Center, you can download the print output file and view alerts. The test runs will be shown in the Run Center if the Show Test checkbox is selected. See Run Center information for more information.

Clicking the Alerts link displays errors and warning related to the current run in the new browser tab. See View alerts.
