Template Settings
The Template section of the Create Job page defines what is composed for each recipient: a document for print and proof jobs, or an email message for email jobs. This is where you select them - and, for email jobs, where you set the subject, sender and recipients as well.
The section is not available for ProofSet, CSVXData and Port jobs.
Design
Available for Print and Proof jobs only.
Select the Document to compose. Only print document types are listed: InDesign (INDD), uCreate (XLIM) and INDX documents.
Email Context
This group and the three that follow it are available for Email, Test Email and Email Preflight jobs only.

|
Transactional |
Sets the message’s legal classification. A message not marked transactional is commercial: uProduce checks that the body contains the physical address and unsubscribe link placeholders. An Email job that has more than one To address must be marked transactional, because a commercial message is sent to a single recipient address. For what the classification means, see Creating an Email Activity. |

|
Alternate body |
An alternative body, sent to recipients whose mail client cannot display the main one. |
Personalize the message
The subject, the sender name and address, and the recipient names and addresses can all be personalized. Click the { } button next to a field to choose a text content object from the selected plan; it is inserted at the cursor position, in the form {{Name}}.
On a Test Email job the button is not available on the recipient rows, because those addresses are not personalized.
For more information on email messages, see Creating an Email Message.
